As you know I am weird. I don’t think like a normal person and I don’t have normal conversations. So when you read this I want you to know and believe that my weigh loss goal has nothing to do with a new years resolution. Or some weird desire to get a tan and take off my shirt like this guy.

I Decided at the beginning of February that I was going to lose 30 lbs. Some of you may be thinking “why stop there” and that is an excellent question that I don’t plan on answering. Anyway the reason I decided went like this. I saw the “lose it!” app listed as one of the top free apps in the iphone store. So I downloaded it played around with it and put in 30 lbs as my goal. Totally arbitrary it just as easily could have been 200 lbs or 10 lbs. So now the competitive geek that I am I have a computer checking up on me and scolding me when I have that extra bean burrito. So far I have been winning handily. I have lost 6 pounds so far in February. Looks like I am the one who is bringing sexy back.
